2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Garlic, Chopped
1 Pound Chicken Breast Strips
1 Large Purple Onion, Sliced
1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
½ Green Onion, Julienned
½ Bunch of Cilantro, Chopped
1 Jalapeno Pepper, Sliced
Juice From 2 Limes
1 Tablespoon Fajita Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to Taste
3 Large Tortillas
Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken thoroughly and add all other ingredients. Cook until golden brown. Fold into tortillas and garnish with favorite toppings. Serve with fresh fruit. Serves 3
