Chicken in a Bag

1 Whole Cut-up Chicken
1 Large Onion, Sliced
2 Large Potatoes, Slice
2 Ounces Olive Oil
1 Ounce Chopped Garlic
¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place chicken, onion and potatoes in a bowl. Cover items with the olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.  Place coated chicken, onion and potatoes in an oven safe cooking bag or make a bag out of heavy-duty aluminum foil.  Put the bag either in a preheated 325° oven, medium heat grill or smoker.  Cooking times will vary depending on the cooking method.  The chicken is done when it is golden brown and the juices run clear.  It will take approximately 1 hour.  If grilling you will need to turn the bag over every 10 minutes.  When complete place items on a serving platter and serve hot.
