1 14 oz. French Veal Chop
2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. fresh rosemary, diced
4 tsp. olive oil
light brown sauce, commercially prepared
salt and pepper to taste
Rub garlic, salt and pepper on veal chop. Brown in olive oil in preheated skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Serve with brown sauce. Serves 2
