Fresh Easter Ham


1 Ham (10-12 Lbs), uncooked
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
7 Cloves of Garlic, whole
1 Teaspoon Allspice
½ c. Brown Sugar
10 Fresh Cloves
Salt and Pepper to taste

Rub oil over the ham. Punch small holes in ham and insert garlic. Rub garlic, all spice and brown sugar on ham, and then punch cloves into ham.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 40 minutes per half pound. Baste with juices every ½ hour.  Meat thermometer should read 160 degrees internal temperature before serving. Will make natural gravy.  Serves 8-10.
