2-4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
4 Large Green Tomatoes, sliced to medium thickness
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
½ Teaspoon Salt
Parmesan Cheese
Heat canola oil in skillet. Dip tomatoes in egg. Mix all dry ingredients together. Roll tomato slices in dry mixture to coast lightly. Fry in oil on medium heat until golden brown. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot. Serves 4
