2 racks of ribs (prefer beef)
¼ cup paprika
¼ cup garlic powder
¼ cup celery salt
¼ cup onion powder
¼ cup lemon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Rub on both sides of ribs. Place in smoker and cook slowly for 3 to 4 hours. Serves 6
