To cash a winning ticket by mail:
The Mutuel year begins on August 1 and ends on August 31. Winning pari-mutuel tickets purchased on or after August 1, 2007 through and including August 31, 2007, will expire at the close of business on September 29, 2008. You may cash your ticket during a future visit to the Pavilion or mutuel tickets may be cashed by mail. Please print clearly and send your ticket with name and address to:

Please send the ticket certified mail or registered mail, return receipt requested and retain a copy of the ticket for your records. I.R.S. regulations require that gambling earnings that exceeds odds of 300 to 1 are reportable. When cashing such a ticket we require positive I.D., preferably a picture ID such as a drivers license and a social security card. Management reserveres the right to determine if supporting identification is acceptable.
