General Lot: 820,000 sq' with 2 entrances
Overflow Grass Lot for "off road" course available adjacent to General Lot
Valet Lot: 250,000 sq' with 2 entrance
Preferred Lots East & West: 150,000 sq'
Simulcast Preferred lot 33: 175,000 sq'
2012: Dates not available are during our Thoroughbred Racing dates.

Rental Fees: All lots are based on set-up to strike
Water: Lone Star Park can assist with all water needs
Insurance Requirements: Lone Star Park Certificate of Liability Insurance forms
Contract: Lone Star Park will provide interested party with a formal contract for booking all space
Incidentals: Lone Star Park will support all needs for your events: Rest Rooms, Power needs, Trash Receptacles, Security service, EMT Service
Food and Beverage: Lone Star Park provides all Food and Beverage needs for events.
Permits: City of Grand Prairie requires tenting permits only if your event is held FOUR or more consecutive days.
