Texas Pepper Steak with Portobello Mushrooms

3 each 2 ounce filet medallions
¼ cup cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup Portobello mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, julienne
Salt and pepper to taste

Coat steak with cracked pepper.  Sauté in olive oil to medium rare or to taste.  Remove steak and sauté Portobello mushrooms, bell pepper, garlic powder and parsley in butter.  Place over the steak and serve hot.  Serves 2.
