No nomination fee. $150 to pass the entry box and an additional $150 to start with $15,000 guaranteed of which $8,250 to the owner of the winner, $2,550 to second, $1,500 to third, $750 to fourth, $450 to fifth and $300 for placing sixth through tenth. If less than ten horses start, the purse monies not distributed will revert to the winning owner. Weights: Friday, October 2, 2009. High weights preferred. Total earnings in 2009 will be used in determining preference of horses assigned equal weights. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. The field will be limited to ten starters. Horses not drawing a starting position in the gate will receive a refund of the entry fee. A suitable award will be presented to the winning owner. |
