Turkey Salad

1 lb. Turkey, cooked and diced
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup purple onion, diced
2 Granny Smith Apples, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup pecans, chopped
½ tsp. Sugar
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Soy sauce
¼ cup red bell pepper, julienned
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and serve on fresh field greens.  Serves 4-5
