During live racing, general admission is available at all admission gates. Advance tickets and reserved seating are available at designated admission sales gates and at the “Reserved Seat” counter; located on the first floor of the Grandstand near the elevators.
Age Requirements:
To Enter: There is no minimum age to enter our Grandstand for live racing, although children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent (children 3 and younger are admitted free of charge).
To Wager: The minimum age to place a wager is 21.

1-800-795-RACE.
All sales are final; no exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
Admission Levels
Varied admission levels allow Lone Star Park guests to select the Park access that best fits their needs. Please note, prices subject to change on Big Event Days.
General Admission
Guests are admitted to the first level of the Grandstand featuring concessions, wagering services, and the track’s gift shop. General Admission does not include a reserved seat. Standing room is always ample and visitors are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs for use in the grassy areas in front of the Post Time Pavilion and the Courtyard of Champions, a picnic area with limited seating and great views of the track. The Paddock area is a great place to sit and relax or watch the horses, jockeys and trainers get ready for the upcoming race. General Admission is $5.00 per person (Children 3 and younger are admitted free of charge).
Clubhouse Admission
Clubhouse guests enjoy access to both the second and fourth levels of the Grandstand and great, climate-controlled views of the track. Both floors offer complete wagering services. Clubhouse Admission does not include a reserved seat. The second floor offers extensive food and beverage options, video monitors of the racing action, and ample standing room to join in the excitement. The second level houses the park’s Box Seats, Finish Line Box Seats, counter seats, and terrace carrels which may be purchased in advance or on the day of your visit, based on availability.
The fourth floor houses Lone Star Park’s Silks Dining Area. Clubhouse admission allows for standing room on the fourth level and access to the Paddock Lounge, based on availability. Guests may make advance reservations for a Silks Dining table or request a table at the maitre’d stand, based on availability, on the day of their visit (Clubhouse admission is required). The fourth level also houses our ‘members only’ Jockey Club. For information on becoming a Jockey Club member, please call 972-263-PONY or 1-800-795-RACE. Clubhouse Admission is $8.00 per person and includes general admission. Please note that Clubhouse Admission will not be available for purchase on Big Event Days.
Box Seats (Second Level):
Box Seat accommodations are offered on or near the finish line for the entire season or daily admission. Boxes range in seating capacity from four to ten people and all boxes are equipped with a television. There is no dress code requirement in the box seat area. Clubhouse admission is required. All Finish Line Boxes seat four. Entire box must be purchased. To reserve your box seating, please call (972) 263-PONY (Metro) or (800) 795-RACE (outside Metro).

Silks Dining (Fourth Level):
Dress code strictly enforced (upscale or business casual; collared shirt required for men, t-shirts and ragged/abbreviated wear prohibited).
Tables may be purchased in advance and walk-ups are welcome (Maitre’d will assign available tables for those on walk-up basis). Club House admission is required for walk-up requests. Advance table purchase will include clubhouse admission. A $12.50 food and beverage is required of each guest. The Silks Buffet is available for $28.00 per person ($31.00 per person on Big Event Days*). To purchase your Silks Dining Table or to make advance reservations (based upon availability), please call (972) 263-PONY (Metro) or (800) 795-RACE (outside Metro).

Simulcast Racing, Available Seven Days Per Week Year-Round
Our Post Time Pavilion is a simulcasting facility that incorporates Las Vegas-style racebook action, a sports bar, and casual dining area. The Post Time Pavilion offers visitors over 400 television monitors to enjoy live racing action from top tracks across the country. Electronic message boards display up to date track information and sports scores. Over 300 racebook-style seats feature nine-inch televisions. Ample mutuel windows, program sales, and racing information are available. The Post Time Pavilion is an enclosed facility that does not offer views of the Lone Star Park racetrack; however, an outdoor patio and the adjacent Courtyard of Champions offer additional seating, television monitors, concession stands and mutuel windows.
