• Live Racing: Customers can join us for live racing featuring the $75,000 Texas Stallion Stakes, Stymie Division, for 3-year-old Colts and Geldings and the $75,000 Texas Stallion Stakes, Got Koko Division, for 3-year-old Fillies. Customers can also enjoy live music by Cuvee on our Courtyard of Champions Stage from 1 – 5 p.m. between the races. Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and the first live race begins at 1:35 p.m.
• Star Player Rewards Free $2 Wager: A Free $2 Wager will be available to all Star Player Rewards customers on Saturday, May 12. To redeem, members must swipe their Star Player Rewards cards at a Star Player Rewards kiosk, located at various locations in Bar & Book and the Grandstand. The Star Player Rewards program is free to join and rewards customers for wagering, food & beverage purchases and Gift Shop purchases with points redeemable for various items.

• Mother’s Day Diamond Dig: Customers can treat their mother to a day of racing this Sunday for Mother’s Day. The first 500 women, 21 years of age or older, that enter the Grandstand Admission Gates, will have an opportunity to dig for a diamond solitaire valued at $2,500 in our Mother’s Day Diamond Dig. The Diamond Dig will take place shortly after the last live race on the main dirt track. Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and the first live race begins at 1:35 p.m. Customers can treat their mother to a day of racing this Sunday for Mother’s Day. Live racing will be held four days a week, Thursday and Friday at 6:35 p.m. (except Thursday, May 31 and Thursday, July 5 when there will be no live racing), and Saturday and Sunday at 1:35 p.m. The racing program on Memorial Day, May 28, will start at 1:35 p.m. Special twilight programs will be held at 5 p.m. on both Tuesday, July 3 (with post-race concert by award-winning country artist Pat Green) and Wednesday, July 4 (with the Lone Stars & Stripes Fireworks Celebration).
The track’s 26-day, 2012 Fall Meeting of Champions for American Quarter Horses will be held from Sept. 14 to Nov. 10.
Lone Star Park is also home to the multi-million dollar simulcast racebook, sports bar and event venue, Bar & Book. The 36,000 square foot venue is open to the public 363 days a year.
