The Lane’s End Scholarship Stakes is a seven and one half furlong turf race for fillies and mares, three-year-olds and up. It is the seventh race on Saturdays card and has drawn a field of 12. They are from the rail out, with jockey and morning line odds in parenthesis: I’m a Bear (Alejandro Medellin, 5-2); Perfect Meadow (Alejandro Medellin, 5-2); Patty’s Pride (Gerardo Mora, 12-1); She Has Bling (Erik McNeil, 50-1); Donegal Gold (Junior Chacaltana, 4-1); Zippy Wager (Lindy Wade, 10-1); Youcannotbeserious (Gerard Melancon, 8-1); Circustown Rose (Cliff Berry, 12-1); Pharme’s Phire (Roman Chapa, 12-1); Laverne (Weldon Cloninger, 20-1); Dixie Dust (Bryan McNeil (5-1) and Joy’s Paradise (Glen Murphy, 9-2).

The first of two Texas Thoroughbred Association divisional Sales Futurities, $100,000 estimated, is the colt and gelding division. Scheduled as the sixth race Saturday, it has drawn a field of 11. They are, from the rail out, with jockey and morning line odds in parenthesis: Dat Red Cat (Roman Chapa, 8-5); Boogalee (Junior Chacaltana, 8-5); Bronce Bellator (Jose Angel Medina, 50-1); Unbridled’s Score (Weldon Cloninger, 30-1); Shockman (Cliff Berry, 7-2); Tears (Glen Murphy, 30-1); City Fast (Alejandro Medellin, 12-1); Seeking Payday (Benito Tovar Morales, 15-1); Changing Karma (Gerardo Mora, 6-1); Validated Blarney (Lindey Wade, 20-1) and Worldventurer (Jamie Theriot, 3-1).
