GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas (Saturday, October 13, 2012) – Hesa Sweet First Down, owned by Carole Vann Stacy and trained by Matt Whitekiller, posted the fastest time under rider, Jose Alvarez, winning the final 400 yard trial in 19.774 seconds over a fast track tonight at Lone Star Park. The colt by Sweet First Down and nine others will return Saturday, November 3 for the Grade 1, $50,000 added, Lone Star Speedhorse Paint and Appaloosa Futurity. Tonight’s effort earned a speed index of 89.
