Oklahoma City (September 13, 2013) Officials with  Global Gaming Solutions  recently announced Remington Park president and general manager, Scott Wells has been named as president and general manager of  Lone Star Park  at Grand Prairie, Texas. Along with Wells’ promotion, officials also made additional organizational changes at Lone Star Park, as well as at  Remington Park  in Oklahoma City.

John Elliott, Global Gaming Solutions CEO, says the executive team shifts will combine a number of functions and opportunities that both properties offer each other, their employees and patrons, and the communities in which they operate.

“Scott has proven his management skills and leadership capabilities emulate the vision we have for both Remington Park and Lone Star Park,” says Elliott. “Those attributes along with Scott’s stellar reputation in the horse racing industry and his experience in Oklahoma and Texas will serve both properties well as we move forward. We are confident both venues will excel under his direction.”
