Friday, May 1

Live Thoroughbred Racing: 10 live races scheduled. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. First race post time is 6:35 p.m. $5 General Admission. Free General Parking. Bar & Book opens at 9:00 a.m.

• Advance Wagering: Advance wagering on the entire Churchill Downs Saturday card is available today. Approximate post time for the Kentucky Oaks is 4:49 p.m.

• Grade 3, $200,000 Guaranteed Texas MileFeatured tonight is the 19th running of the Grade 3, $200,000 Texas Mile for three-year-olds and up rescheduled from last Friday. Approximate post time for the Texas Mile is 9:51 p.m.

• Party at the Park: Join us for the "Party at the Park" each Friday night in our Courtyard of Champions. Performing live tonight is the Corry Brown Band from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. plus, $2 beer specials. *Subject to change. Drink specials not available on concert nights.

• Lone Star Park Bonus Points: To celebrate the rescheduled Grade 3, Texas Mile, we're giving all Star Player Rewards members the opportunity to earn Bonus Points! Earn up to 50,000 Bonus Points for wagering on Lone Star Park races Friday evening. *Wagers must be placed on Lone Star Park races on May 1 to receive Bonus Points.

• Live Thoroughbred Racing: 11 live races scheduled. Grandstand Gates open early at 10:30 a.m. First race post time is 1:35 p.m. $5 General Admission. Free General Parking. Bar & Book opens at 9:00 a.m.

• Kentucky Derby Simulcast: Watch and wager on the 141st running of the Kentucky Derby simulcast live from Churchill Downs. Approximate post time for the Derby is 5:40 p.m.

• Kentucky Derby Hat Contest: Be sure to wear your favorite Kentucky Derby hat and enter our traditional Kentucky Derby Day Hat Contest. We will be awarding two (2) Grand Prizes* for "The Most Stylish" and "The Most Creative" Kentucky Derby Hats. Both winners will each receive $500. Plus, three additional hats will receive an "Honorable Mention" prize. Judging begins at 3 p.m. in our Courtyard of Champions. *Must be present in the Courtyard by 3 p.m. to be considered. • Live Music: Music lovers can enjoy live music with Deja Groove. They will be playing on our Courtyard of Champions Stage between live races from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.

• Family Fun Park: In addition to a great day of racing, there will be fun activities for the entire family with kid’s activities that include bounce houses, pony rides and a petting zoo in the Family Fun Park beginning at 11:30 a.m.

• PPV Fight of the Century: Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. We will be showing the PPV Fight of the Century, Mayweather vs. Pacquiao at the Bar & Book and in the Dash for Cash room on the first level of the Grandstand! Join us after the Derby to watch the main event when Floyd "Money" Mayweather takes on Manny "Pac-Man" Pacquiao! $20 Cover Charge Per Person required.

Sunday, May 3

Live Thoroughbred Racing: Nine live races scheduled. Gates open at 11:30 a.m. First race post time is 1:35 p.m. $5 General Admission. Free General Parking.   

Sunday Brunch Buffet in Silks: Enjoy our new Sunday Brunch Buffet in our Silks Dining Room each Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until the end of the sixth race. Try our new Bloody Mary Bar and Mimosa Bar. Advance reservations can be made by calling 972-263-7223.

Senior Citizens' Day: Seniors 62 years or older will receive one (1) FREE General Admission at our Admission Gates every Sunday during the 2015 Spring Thoroughbred Season. Just present your valid identification at the designated areas at our entrances to receive your coupon.

Military Discount Day: Present your Military ID any Sunday during the 2015 Spring Thoroughbred Season and receive one (1) FREE General Admission at our Admission Gates. Just present your valid identification at the designated areas at our entrances to receive your coupon.

Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, a Class I racetrack operated by Texas Partners LSP and GG LSP. The track offers a 50-day 2015 Spring Thoroughbred Season, which opens Thursday, April 9 and concludes on Sunday, July 19.  Live racing will be held three days a week, Friday & Saturday at 6:35 p.m. (except Triple Crown Days May 2, May 16 & June 6 which have a 1:35 p.m. start) and Sundays at 1:35 p.m. Live racing will be held on select Thursdays at 6:35 p.m. (April 9 & 23; June 18; July 16) The racing program on Memorial Day, May 25, will start at 1:35 p.m. A special twilight program will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 4 (Lone Stars & Stripes Fireworks Celebration).
