GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas (Saturday, September 23, 2017) – Bennie & Terri Jeter’s Rc Me Leaving You looked every part the winner as he made his way into the paddock before the 20th running of the Nevill Document Solutions Stakes. And that’s exactly how it played for the post-time favorite. The 5-yr-old son of Coronas Leaving You broke well, but it was second place finisher Kid Can Dash who got out first and managed to hold position until past the halfway point. It was then that the winner showed his class, rallying to win by a neck. Rc Me Leaving You covered the 350-yards in 17.621 over a fast track for a speed index of 96. He joined First Klas Fred (2011-12) the only other horse to win the race two years in a row.
