Hai Ng Bio

Hai Ng is a co-founder of Spawn Point—a global firm dedicated to creating opportunity at the intersection of esports and the regulated gaming industry. The company works with integrated resorts and other gaming venues, regulators, educators, and operators to create esports-centered synergies between industries.

 

In addition to Spawn Point, Hai is also an active entrepreneur in esports, owning and advising a number of esports companies including his own esports team in Asia. He also speaks and consults globally on esports, in addition to penning multiple published articles in a variety of trade publications. He was also recently appointed Integrity Ambassador to the Esports Integrity Commission, the leading global organization overseeing competitive integrity of esports competitions.

A daily gamer since his first visit to the amusement arcade when he was a young child, Hai holds more than four decades of experience in technology, and almost two in regulated gaming—a rare combination of breadth and depth in experience which positions him as a thought leader within the industry.
